Jon was such an amazing salesman. From the start he was never overly pushy and answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable!! If he didnt know the answer he would go find it for us. We were an internet sale and never went in person to the dealership and Jon kept us updated the whole way and never seemed bothered and was pleasant with our hundreds of calls/texts and questions. Loved how there was no hidden fees and everything was upfront. We were going to go with another dealership but they had over 11k over hidden fees so we restarted our search and ended up at Eagle country. Best experience we could have asked for. I bought a used '13 F150 here in December. I drove a couple hundred miles to get this truck because it was priced well and was exactly what I was looking for After getting home and having it a few days I noticed a coolant leak (water pump) and a 4wd issue (IWEs) both common issues. I don't fault the dealer for not catching these issues, because in the end they stood behind their truck. After speaking with the service manager, he offered to fix the issues and gave me a new truck to drive in the meantime. They were even willing to pay for a Ford dealer closer to me to fix the problems instead of having to drive the 200 miles back to them. Absolutely A+ Customer service on their part. They could have easily left me to fix these issues on my own, since I did buy the truck 'As Is' and they had no obligation technically to fix anything. A used vehicle is always going to be a greater risk than a brand new truck but at least I know that if anything does go wrong with a truck this dealer sells, theyll do what it takes to make things right.

With Josh's above and beyond customer service in the service department, and Justin's outstanding vehicle knowledge in the sales department, I will never deal with anyone else than Josh and Justin. Wonderful salesman Ken helped me through the process after my car got totaled in an accident. Was definitely not the most fun time for me but he and Rhonda were wonderful! Hard to think of used car employees are trustworthy, but it is the feeling I received.
